In 2019, in connection with the further strengthening of relations between Uzbekistan and Belarus, a wide range of opportunities was created for applicants. The great and difficult task of reviving the economy of the BSSR in the 1920s required the training of highly qualified personnel for all sectors of the economy, and therefore, on December 10, 1920, the Minsk Polytechnic Technical School (Technikum) was transformed into a higher technical school: the Belarusian State Polytechnic Institute , the goal was to train engineers with higher education in the main areas of state production activities. Today it is one of the most prestigious and well-known universities in Belarus. Since 2016, BNTU includes the Polytechnic University, the University of Economics and the Technical University.
