Our Metropolitan Campus bridges the residential communities of Teaneck and Hackensack. Over 100 degrees and disciplines

FDU offers degrees, from associate to PhD, in disciplines and careers from the traditional liberal arts and sciences — biology to philosophy — engineering, nursing, criminal justice, psychology, computer science, electronic filmmaking and digital design, communication studies, fine arts, and creative writing to hotel and restaurant management, among many others. The AACSB-accredited Silberman College of Business provides career-focused preparation in entrepreneurial studies, accounting, marketing, finance, information systems, management through BS, MS, and MBA degrees, including the Executive MBA. Combined and accelerated programs for non-traditional and working students abound:

  • the QUEST program in education, which provides both a bachelor's and master of arts in teaching degree in five years;

Scholarships for International Students

FDU offers a wide range of generous scholarships for our international students. Most scholarships are based on academic merit and test scores and vary according to program.

Col. Fairleigh S. Dickinson Scholarship: Up to $32,000 per year

Minimum Requirements:

  • Based on academic merit
  • SAT/ACT required
  • Renewable up to four years

FDU International Scholarship: Up to $27,000 per year

Minimum Requirements:

  • Based on academic merit
  • SAT/ACT not required
  • Renewable up to four years

Global Housing Grant: $3,000

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must live on and attend the Metropolitan campus
  • Based on academic merit, financial need and extracurricular involvement
  • Recipients can still qualify for merit-based scholarships
  • Renewable up to two years

FDU Family Grant: $1,500

Minimum Requirements:

  • For families with two or more dependent children simultaneously attending FDU
  • Maximum of $1,500 will be awarded per person for up to 4 years for undergraduates
  • Recipients can still qualify for merit-based scholarships
  • Does not apply to students enrolled in Wroxton College, summer sessions, inter-sessions, mini-sessions, or other special sessions

Children of Alumni Grant: $1,500

Minimum Requirements:
