International Medical University

The International Medical University of the Kyrgyz Republic is an innovative educational and research institution of higher education that has an international status and has been independently accredited by the Agency for the Accreditation of Educational Institutions and Programs “Sapattuu Bilim”, and is also registered in the WDMS directory of the World Health Organization (WHO). Today the university includes 3 faculties "General Medicine", "Dentistry", "Pharmacy", one college, a secondary school, a modern clinic "Avicenna Medical", a television studio "Sanat-Den Sooluk" and more than 2500 students from Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan , Uzbekistan, Pakistan, India, Palestine and other countries. The University implements a multilevel education system: pre-university training (school); training of a certified specialist (university); postgraduate and additional professional education - residency, postgraduate studies, doctoral studies, advanced training, professional training and internship. The university has fifteen educational and experimental laboratories equipped with advanced innovative equipment: physiology; pathophysiology; microbiology; histology and pathology; chemistry, physics and others.
